Can grandson claim rights in grandfather's property after his death

my father expired and his father(my grandfather ) also expired. My grandfather has property in his name and has no will written. can i claim share / right over my grandfather property.. v belong to christian community

Yes as per the Indian succession act, You have share in your grand father property, you have to file the civil suit for partition of the property to claim your share as per the law.

you can claim a share under section 374 of the indian succession act by applying to the court of law as per the provisions applicable under the indian succession act and you can get it mutated in your name

Your father be legal heir of your grandpa and on your father's death you are legal heir of that property as you said no will or any alienation of property in the life time of your father or grand father
