Can grandson after his father's death ask for property division

Sir my grandfather died without any division of property Nd my father also expired 3 year ago Nd my father has 4 brother . But now one agree to divided a property but can I do . I'm living in grandfather house but house condition is not good

Dear queriest,
1) if your family members are ready to divide the property at this time i would suggest you to go ahead with the divison amicably. Hire a lawyer and go for divison.
2) if no one wants to divide the said propperty with mutual consent you can call for suit for partition inthe court of law.where you can get your share. Thnks

Hi in your case first your grandfather property will change on his all 4 son than you will claim on your father land. After this If your family not agree you need file application in the office of local Land registar.you need get service of local good lawyer which ready all your application good legal way.
