Can Grandmother change will made by late grandfather ? Please help.

My grandfather purchased a house of 3 floor through biana / registery. After some time he wrote a will on the back of this papers in presence of 1 of 5 male child to give ground floor and upper floor to one of children and middle one would be share by him with his wife. Now, grandfather no more and grandmother wish to give all right to a child who got upper and lower one in the wil, but one of child didn't agree to all this. Is any way to overcomes the problem ??

No will cannot be changed as your grand father had made it and now is no more. Only he had a right to change the will not your grand mother. Only way is to prove the will to be false . Nothing else can be done .

You can challenge the will in accordance with law in force in India. For that you will be required to file a suit for declaration before a court having jurisdiction in this matter . A will can be challenged on limited grounds.
