Can gift be revoked after acceptance?

My grandfather gifted one part of his property to my father,I am his only son I am build building there with full permission after complete the building my father without any resin this building gifted to my two married sister and exist me from the property,i am family person with two son . now what can I do I am totally loss my 10lakh rupees.

You don't have automatic inheritance to your father's property.If you have invested your money in your father's property , you at best can claim for refund of the same along with applicable interest subject to proof beyond doubt that money spent by you.

Yes Gift Deed can be cancelled even after acceptance. But in your case property is inherited by your father, so you are having direct right in that and your father bifurcating you cannot gift that property and as such you can also file a suit if not your father not ready to cancel Gift deed.
