Can general category person purchase land from SC in rajasthan

i want to know that in Rajasthan general category person can buy agriculture land from SC category person SC category person saying that he did conversion with nagarplika and deposit fee for that and now he can sell to any category please sugeest me
Sir in this querry the sedule cast category person can sell their immovable property to the sedule cast person and sedule tribe person according to the law can sell their immovable property to each another

Hi, according to amendment in property law you can not buy the agriculture property but if the property is converted in other category like residential or commercial than might be sell or buy. So please give a look at property paper and consult with a good revenue lawyer for speedy and good execution.
