Can father claim his share in ancestral property?

04-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My great grandfather bought this land and thus got transfered to my grand father, he made a few amendments in house structure and got it registered on his own name and now torturing me and my father to kick us out of the house and give my father no share in the property, he didn't earn this property. Can he really ask us to vacant the house and kick us out of the will?

No he can not vacate you and your father from the property as that property is inherited by your father from his ancestors and according to the law of succession you are the legal heir of that property. So, you can easily file a petition in a court of law under the law of succession and can ask a share in the property. Rest, you can contact the law raá¹o team for my contact details.
