Can daughter claim share in mother's property

24-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
'A' has filed a civil suit against the mother who is the real owner of the property in the lower court that she is the owner of the property and over which her right, tittle and interest may kindly be declared by the courts of law having some fraud documents from various offices. Now-a-days, she has filed a petition that she may be allowed to get share over that particular property like sons and other share holders after death of mother . my question is that whether she shall be able to get share of that property on which she has filed a false suit creating fraud documents and having been declare by her self as the owner of that property ?

Do u know what have u written ? Can yiu explain properly what kind of documets she had created and on what bassis she filed a suit? Can u explain whether that A is one of the legal heir or not? If she is one of the legal heir and claiming the mothers prperty then she has rightly approched and she must have a share.

Hahahaah.... I am not able to understand the question.
But whatever I have understood, leads to creating a will of the mother as to whom she wants to give the property. DEAR, your Mother is alive and so also of your SISTERs. Please don't kill her for a mere property. "DON'T FIGTH"
THE SAME PROPERTY WHICH SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE IT WITH HER, WILL YOU BE ABLE TO TAKE IT WITH YOU TO YOUR >>>>>>.
