Can brother claim share in my self earned property

sir.the problem is my in my family 3 brothers and two sisters are there,and am i the elder one ,my father worked as a railway employee he retired and now we all brothers are working in railway.my father expired 10 years back and i retired from railway on year 2013.i have only built houses for both my brothers and marriages of my sisters also done by me.i have four daughters in which last year my elder daughter expired .now the question is, brothers are trying to capture my home as am not staying in my home ,am staying with my son in law as childrens are very small to look after them we came to hyderabad.they are using very bad words at my neighbours and saying to everyone if i go to hometown they will beat me in front of everyone.both brothers have two two sons and daughters respectively.what should i do to save my own home and i have adopted my sister younger son when he was 2yeras old.and at the time when my parents were serious i was the only to look after them in terms of money .
