If the deed of conveyance will be in the name of your parents in that event unless your parents either gift out the same to you or publish a will in your favour in that event your brother shall have no right to claim , but in case the same is not there in that case he will have a right to disturb you as per the present prevailing law. Choice is yours how to deal with. your payment of loan amount will not create absolute right upon you which please note.

If the title deed of the property is in the name of your father or mother or both, he/she/they are legally entitled to transfer the said property to other person(s) by way of gift, sell or testament (will). After the death of the owner, If such action is not resorted to by the owner when he/she was alive, the living spouse and other legally eligible successors shall be Coparcener of the Said property. Sir, I will advise you not to buy any property in any body's name including that of your parents if you are paying the e.m.i as after them your siblings will stake their claim in the property and also buy any property after consulting a lawyer who will verify the papers for you as you seem a layman.
