The chain of documents of this property needs to be scrutinised. The important factor is that nature of property I.e. whether it is agriculture land or non agriculture? Further what type the property is house, shop, commercial? Since property is governed by state laws so it is important to know that in which state it is situated? If it is residential than first seller can not claim it back if you have paid entire sale consideration to your seller and the property was properly registered in the name of your seller and he was owner at the time of your sale in municipal record.

its better not to do anything, no reply etc. let her go to Court first and if any court issues you summons then only file you reply through a good advocate.

at present just wait and watch and if you can resale the same further then sell it immediately.
