Aboriginal land can be purchased after permission of Disst. Collector, after permission from Distt. Collector you can purchase aforesaid land into two parts to two parties.

Let me know whose name land is is it a govt land???First check the record of the land if you not found it correct better to keep away your self form it.first of all check at tahsil record.And if not in his name ask him if he is having any bill of water ,electricity or any type of land tax of that particular land in his name
