Can a property situated in a state get its gift deed register in other

Sir/Madam, I stay in Bengaluru with my mother and my mother has her site(property) in tumkur district, she is willing to gift deed the property to me can we register the gift deed in Bengaluru ? or do we need to go to the same taluk for registering .
Sir you have to visit where property situated.so go to tumkur and do registered gift deed at subregisterd office tumkur . If non registered gift deed you can simply make in 500 rs affidavit and make it notarize with 5 panchas witness .

sir, if the property is situated at Thumakur, you have go and register the gift deed at Thumakur sub-Registrar office. if the specility has given you can do. please verify the fact in sub- registrar office.
