Can a property of the uncle be claimed earned by grandmother?

My uncle have no children,now he is no more and now his wife is living with her brother.whether I can claim the property which is earned by my grandfather.We are Hindu family.Pl reply.

Being a grandchild, you have no right to claim on the self acquired property of your grand father as per Hindu Succession act. He can transfer his right over the property to whomsoever he desires. If you need further clarification, pl do not hesitate to contact me.Thanks

Hi madam/sir.
Hi madam your uncle wife is alive mean you don't rights to your uncle share suppose your uncle wife death mean you have a full rights to that property
