08-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother died in 1995 and her father had no sons so his property got divided among her and her sisters. She didn't made any will. My grandfather is alive and he takes care of the property. Can my aunts claim their mother's property?

Perhaps I had answered this query earlier also. If it is true then it is very wrong on ur part to again post the query. Nevertheless , as ur grandmother father's property had already been divided between ur grandmother and her sisters then where is the question of claiming or asking share in ur grandmother's property by her sisters or her heirs.
