Hello Sir/Madam I want to know if someone have a lease property (given on lease by government) * can anyone from the family (children or wife) can claim their share in the lease property. can wife ask for any share after divorce or before divorce? * what if a person gets freehold of this property after sometime do they (children and wife) have any share in the property then. *Also please tell if leasee prepare a WILL for this lease property and register it so this will be helpful so that no one can ask for any share except the person mentioned in WILL. *PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT CAN BE DONE IN CASE OF LEASE PROPERTY IF LEASEE WANTS TO TRANSFER IT TO A PARTICULAR FAMILY MEMBER AND SO THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN ASK FOR ANY SHARE. GIFT DEED CAN BE DONE IN CASE OF SELF OWNED PROPERTIES BUT WHAT CAN BE DONE IN CASE OF LEASE PROPERTY
yes you can claim share in the property and to determine the respective share you have to file civil case in the court and the court will determine the rights and share in the property and that particular suit need to be contested.
