Can a girl claim the share in the ancestral property

What rights do girls hv in family and ancestral property? If a part of the property is already written off to the boy child without giving anything to the girl, does she have any right to claim share of the same? Can the father claim that he has complete authority on Da property and his decision remains final? Plz advice
you can claim your share by birth if you are a coparcenor as defined under section 6 of the HIndu succession act and then the definition of the HUF to be intact by the date you claim your share and the death of your father etc., are to be considered

Girls have all the right to seek share in ancestral property.
Is there a will Deed on your fathers name to give him exclusive right?
Ancestral property is meant to the welfare of the generations, hence girl child have right and she can claim his right over property anytime. Property written off will become null and void. There are exceptional cases though.

If it is ancestral property, the girl also have right equal share in the property along with the boys. You can issue a notice for Partition of the property equally among all the legal heirs and file a suit for Partition and Separate Possession of the property by mentioning your share.
