In asaram bapu case, if one wishes to take back his property given to trust called 'shri Yog Vedanta seva samiti'15 years back but today situations are totally different. Please suggest
Once a property has been gifted to the donee, the donor cannot subsequently revoke or cancel the gift. A unilateral cancellation of a valid gift is invalid. However, certain grounds for revocation of a gift are permitted in law. A gift may be suspended or revoked on specified grounds. If you want to cancel the gift deed you needs move for civil suit for cancellation of that gift deed as it was vitiated by fraud , undue influnece etc
Yes there is a provision of getting the land back to the doNour in case of gift deed but it depends upon the deed that you had made some state have some diffrent law in such deed first have to see your deed you had made with trust at the time of donation of land
