Hello As per your query it would be needed a special permission through which you can purchase the land from a obc respectively through which it can be possible by you to do the mutation in your favour

Yes ,according to upza act there is prohibition in purchasing land from sc/st to general category,there is no restrictions in purchasing from obc caste person . Regards Ashutosh Gulati Advocate Date 21/09/17
