Can a foreign get a property(building)?

Namaste!
I am contacting you from south Korea to ask about property matters.
I'm looking for some methods for getting a property as a foreign, and asking about related regulations and laws if a church in S.Korea wants to get/buy a property(building for church) in Delhi, India.
The things is the church shall be the owner of the building..
As i know, a foreign is now allowed to buy or acquire properties in India, so i eagerly need your kind advice, helps and solutions.
Can you suggest me the method with/without any local organization(NGO or Company-Pvt/Ltd)?
It would be highly appreciated if you reply through the email.
hello client as i can see the issue is interesting. yes you can hold the property in delhi as ownership of the church in india. yes it is possible to do it but youbcan do it by legal help only not by yourself. so kindly contact me we will definately help you in this regards. as you are willing it can bw done .

Sir as per the FEMA act, you would require to stay in India atleast for 180 days to buy any property here. Also there are various approvals needs to be taken before buying any property in India.
