Buying a property without partition from one of the co owner

There are 5 landlords of a building who are brothers in relationnBut the house is not a dwelling housenI am willing to buy a flat in the building from one of the co owner.But there is no partition deed registered between the landlordnCan he sell the flat without the consent of the other co owners?

Technically you can buy his undivided share in the house, that too your seller has to offer his undivided share to all his 4 brother at market rate, if they don’t except you can buy the undivided share… this is law… and in his possession if there is a flat which you intend to buy that’s your bonus
