business property dispute between 2 brothers asking for more share

three years ago, we 2 brothers agreed mutually to divide our business and business property. and all that was written on a plain paper with signatures of us along with 3 witnesses. But, now my brother is creating interference in my business and divided property which belongs to me and again asking for share. Can I take a stay on that part of property which belongs to me on the basis of that I am the one who is working independently from last 3 years and a piece of plain paper which states that division with signatures?
