Building a public temple on a residential property

My neighbor wants to build a temple on a residential property in residential area. It will cause many problems for us. What can I do in this situation because that owner is too greedy.

you can file a suit for injunction possession and before the civil court if the owner is too greedy you can fight the suit give the district magistrate notice or if the owner is too greedy what will you do

Residential area me bina local municipal corporation ki permission aur proper zoning clearance ke mandir ya koi bhi commercial construction karna bilkul illegal hai Isse aapki property ke rights affect hote hain aur neighborhood me public nuisance banta ha Iske khilaf local authorities me complaint ki ja sakti hai aur court se turant Stay Order (Injunction) liya ja sakta hai Is pure mamle me legal action lene notice bhejne aur strong strategy banane ke liye aap aage ki consultation ke liye direct mujhse contact kar sakte hain. Aap Municipal Corporation me complain kar sakte hai ki bina permission ke aapke padosi residential land pe ek mandir banana chah rhe hai. aisi kisi bhi construction karne ke liye unko authorities se permission leni hogi aur iske bina woh mandir nirman nahi kar sakte hai.

Whether the residential property on which your neighbour is constructing a temple is yours or someone else. Your neighbour is the owner of that residential property? if he is not the owner of that property then you can file a suit for injunction restraining your neighbour from constructing the temple.
