Builder sold one flat to 2 persons and asking me to get registry done

07-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir.. i have booked a flat on 29 May 2015 with xxxxxx pvt const Ltd. and having home loan with HDFC. Now i came to know that same flat is sold to another person on 11 January 2013 via agreement. Now builder is telling me to get the flat registered on my name and telling that he has cancelled the previous allotment and that person was a investor . What should I do? However another person has filled the case against the builder for late possession and cheque bouncing of flat in consumer Court?

pls bring in action against the builder under either Consumer Protection Act or SARFESI ACT For economic irregularities and action under the PENAL CODE for cheating and fraud. Also please do not go for registration of property.

If had made payment take you money back and first file a fir under ipc420 for selling already sold property to you and also go for a civil suit for money or property recovery.if court made decision in favour of previous buyer then u will get nothing and your registry which you are suggested to made will also get cancelled and as well as money of registration.betteer you both buyer/effected person can fight combine suit for recovery from the frod builders
