Builder sold me a shop but in building plan it is a kitchen

Builder sell me a shop but in building planing it show as a kitchen. He provide me OC & loan from cooperative bank. He ask me he is correction in architect plan & saledeed agreement as a shop.
shop is cmmercial property. so do the change in architecture plan as early as possible because u r using for commercial purpose and kitchen is residentail purpose. purposes are different in future u may face problem.

Request him to make the corrections immediately and bring it to the notice of concerned authorities. If the building is subject to jurisdiction of RERA, you have exclusive rights to claim for the liability if the builder defaults on his part of the promise. If you are in process of purchasing then please hold until the corrections are notified comprehensively.
