Builder not giving refund after i deny to take plot what to do

what can i do if builder denying to refund the amount. I cancelled the decision to buy the plot near to dmic phulera(jaipur) because i have some doubt on builder's documents . He ensured me that whenever you feel this property is not suitable for you , you can take refund but now he is just opposite . i need suggestion on that what is first step i have to take off.
You can take refund with the help of the consumer Court. You can approach the consumer court where you are residing, or where the office of the builder is located or where the builder resides. You can file ghe documents or copy of the agreement with you in the consumer court. You can approach me if anything is required.
You need to file a criminal case of forgery, cheating and criminal breach of trust. This case will help you get a grip over that builder and then you can proceed with the matter. The builder would not like to be behind jail and would come up for settlement. At this point you can seek the refund.
