Builder defaulted to give possession in given time

I invested in property in Kurgaon, Boisar Dist Taluka Pakghar in 2017. As per agreement builder need to give possession in Dec 19 as his RERA permission is getting expired in Dec 19. But till date builder has not given possession. I want my money back. What shall I do
you can file a case in rera and you can get back your money from the builder with appropriate compensation as well if not compensation you liable to get your money which you invested in the project with particular rate of interest

You can file an application for compensation and possession of the said flat or you can also go to consumer forum. you will get compensation for delayed possession and also get immediate possession.
