Builder cancelled Sale Agreement as I have created a whatsapp group

I have created a whatsapp group and couple of buyers are in the group. When ever there is a question in the group builder it thinking this is coming from the whatsapp group.He sent me a cancellation email for my unit. Is it really possible just with assumption he can cancel the sale agreement
one Sided Cancelling of a Sale sale agreement is not legal, to Cancel Sale agreement there Should be some Violation of terms of sale agreement by you. even that ean be disputed by you and Can be challenged in Court,

They cannot surpass the agreement entered , he has to fullfill the obligations by securing the sale deed , he has to assign reason for cancellation you take legal action and reply immediately for his mail and mention you are ready to pay the balance and request to execute the agreement
