Brother wants share on my property bought by me on my name

I need some Legal Help with Property. I bought one property in 1999 in Banda Uttar Pradesh. I have constructed 1/4 of the property(Shops at front & House inside). My brother has been using 1/10th of the land (backside of property) for cow husbandry(1 cow) for last 20 years. He also constructed two small sheds for cow food.(Brick wall & Tin roof at 1/20th of the land) We had our partition two years back. Now he wants his share saying he has been there for more than 12 years.
on the above mentioned query please clear that property purchased in your favour only or in favour of both siblings. if in your favour only then you are the sole title holder. such as there is no requirement for partition. if title in the name of siblings then please find out the sale deed content, the share of each title holder.
please clear that the property is agriculture or non agriculture in sale deed. if agriculture property then U P REVENUE CODE applicable. and if non agriculture then C.P.C. applicable

if the partition was done 2 years back than why is he demanding another share now.
And if the property was purchased by you then there should be no share of ur brother.
Also he himself was not living it was only a cow.
There doesn't seems to be any kind of share of ur brother.
