Brother in law not giving share in the father-in-law's property

Meri family aur mere do brother in law ek hi Ghar me alag alag floor pr rahte hai. Ye Ghar mere brother in law ke Naam pr hai, Jo ki usne mere father in law ki Ghar ki bechker kharida tha. Lekin ab vo hme usme hmare share nhi Dena chahta . Jbki usne mera kai varsho tk sharirik aur mansik shoshan Kiya hai , mere husband mansik rogi hai, aur eska fayda uthaker mere brother in law ne mera kai salon tk shoshan Kiya, kya mai es base per case kr Sakti hu. Mai bs Kisi bhi tarah se property me apna share chahti hu . Please help me.

Aur rahi baat shaaririk shosad ki to aap us per rape case ki fir krwa sakti hai.
