Brother and sister did family settlement deed and did not include me

My brothers & sister had done a family settlement without informing me on my father's home which is on a gifted land of Govt. of West Bengal. The gift deed of Govt (Given on 1989) mentioned that the land/property cannot be transferred within 10 years from 1989. But, the settlement deed was done on 1988, i.e. before getting gift deed from Govt. of WB. Now, they are planning to demolish the house on that land & saying that I cannot get anything as per family settlement. They are also not handing any papers to me to scrutinize. What to do?
I need to see the detailed property papers. Before government of West Bengal gifting the property to your father what was loca standi of it? If you know the details then we can search and apply for certify copy of that property paper gift deed .
