Bought house now owner is asking to give it on rent is it safe legally

Sir- I have recently purchased a house from a lady. She has handed over the house to me 2 weeks back. Now she is insisting me to give this house on rent. I am slight worried that what will happen if she doesn't vaccate the house if she takes it on rent. Is there any safe legal agreement through which I can give this house on rent so that in future I don't have to face any problem. Pl advise
Sir first you don't give ur house on rent without knowing her intention ,sec if she insists more then u can give house on rent on the basis of advanced decree of possession. From appropriate court ,so u need not to file case for eviction of ur house rest on VI's a vise

rather than getting into an agreement and making it registered, after giving her the premises and fixinf the rent, you can file a suit against the tenant and enter into a compromise to give the premise for such period to the tenant. the tenant will not have any objection to it. the said compromise shall become the decree , i.e. the rule of the court. the said decree cannot be violated and the tenant shall be obligated to vacate the premises within the stipulated time frame as agreed between the parties. the decree if violated by the tenant will tantamount to contempt of court. it is considered to be a safe and secure process.
