Bought a property on mother's name

Hello, I bought a property on my mother's name, home loan is on my name. How can i guard the property from any family dispute in future or if my mother give it to my other siblings. Thank you

You should ask your mother to transfer the property as gift to you. You should make a gift deed. if is safest way to guard your rights.

Otherwise you have no any good option. because after your Mother or your Mother during his life can transfer it to anyone.

dear client according to law you can guard the property of your mother. you will have to prove the assets through which you have purchased the property so you can should legal assistance and file a suit along with all required documents.

You can get a will made by her in your name, naming you as its sole heir, and get it registered with the sub registrar. You will need to hire a lawyer for the same, and get witnesses along with your mother to accompany you for the same. They will need to carry a valid ID, photograph, and address proof. They will sign with the registrar. You can also take a written declaration from concerned relatives that they don't have any right to the property.
