Hello,
I bought a property on my mother's name, home loan is on my name. How can i guard the property from any family dispute in future or if my mother give it to my other siblings.

You can get a will made by her in your name, naming you as its sole heir, and get it registered with the sub registrar. You will need to hire a lawyer for the same, and get witnesses along with your mother to accompany you for the same. They will need to carry a valid ID, photograph, and address proof. They will sign with the registrar. You can also take a written declaration from concerned relatives that they don't have any right to the property.
