Bought a plot on his name can other brother ask share from the plot

Hum paanch bhai and ek sister hai. Mai dusare number pr hun. Maine city me ek plot apne nam se liya hun. Kya plot me dusre bhai apna share mang sakte hain kya?
आप का कहना है कि आपने अपने नाम से शहर में एक प्लाट खरीदा है क्या आपके भाई उसमें अपना हिस्सा मांग सकते हैं । इसका उत्तर यही है कि यदि वह प्रॉपर्टी मौरूसी यानी पूर्वजीय होती तो आपके भाई उसने अपना हिस्सा मांग सकते थे। चूँकि यह प्लाट आपने तनहा अपने नाम से खरीदा है इसलिए आपके भाई उसमें अपना हिस्सा नहीं मांग सकते।
