Booked an apartment in guvancherry no possession till date what to do

We have booked an apartment in sep 2012 in guvancherry sriram properties and till date we are not given any possession .The project is delayed more than 3 years now ,we are paying regular EMI to axis bank. Kindly help us to fight for Justice
give a legal notice to refund the money as they violated the contractual terms with interest and file a case in consumer forum against them claiming compensation and paid money. do it immediately otherwise you will loose your limitation to take legal action against them.

File a suit for possession in the Civil Court. However required court fees will have to be paid. Consumer complaint can also be preferred. Consumer complaint is cheap and does not require court fees.

EMI pertaining to the loan availed cannot be intervened by any law, as far as the delay in handing over the possession is concerned you can initiate legal proceedings in certain ways, like initiating proceedings through consumer forum, initiating winding up of the builder if they are Private Limited etc. First you have to select the ways and means to fight effectively to obtain justice.
