Blocking road access to our property

Our ancestors property of one acre which is partioned for 4 family members 10 guntas each. This partion was done 50 years ago. The person has the property is bedside the road and I need to pass his land to reach my property. But that person all of a sudden blocking me to do not cross over his land. Can I get a stay order for complete 1 acre land?

in this matter you cannot go to court and get any order late alone stay order. not to do anything further which means the blockage will be permanent. you have to approach revenue authority of your area and give a complaint.

sir in this case you have to file a suit for injunction restraining him for blocking the road, in legal terms it is called right to way of easements, you can take an order not to block the way and get a permanent injunction not to block the way and declare it as right to way of easements, please file a civil suit with photographs and other relevant documents, most probably the court will grant the order.
