BLOCKING OF REGISTRATION /SALE OF PARTITION PROPERTY

We are 4 children , my mother inherited property from my self owned property , we all gave NOC for khatha change and khatha was changed in her name ., Now My mother expired , no partition deed has been made, How to make partition

if all the four of you are having no dispute over sharing the property you can join together to get a partition deed drafted bhaiya laya and then get it registered in sub registrar office. afterwards we can make separate khata for the share of each one of you.

Hi. From the facts it seems you mother had died intestate. Thus as no specific shares had been given to the children, the partition will take place equally among all the 4 children. Thus there will be an equal share.
