Best way of dividing the land into four parts?

my father expired. we are four sisters and mother. My father left 2400 sq. ft ground and we five are legal heirs. Now we are going to divide the land into four parts with way. Suggest a best idea how to divide 4 parts equally with way in all aspects keeping in mind. We are Hindu.
As per Hindu Law the the property of the father deying intestate devolve among the heirs of the deceased.In this case the property of the father is divided into five parts four for sisters each one share and for the mother one share viz 480 sq feets each. On disclaimer of mother four daughters can share the mother's share of 480 sq feets equally.

Your fathers land will go to his legal heirs which include your mother and the four children. Your division in to four parts is not correct because you are not giving anything to your father. I think your father has not left any will.

As far legal part is concerned, you all can jointly execute a partition deed and divide the property. Consult a civil engineer to bifurcate by meets and bounds or sell the property and share the proceeds equally
