Appeal won in High Court, what is the next step to take ?

I am Hindu. My appeal has won in Madurai bench of Madras high court. Certified copy of judgment applied copy is awaited. Kindly guide me next steps in Lowe r court to get partition and possessions. Oh is moving to file SLP in Supreme Court how to manage? Please guide me.

First, obtain the certified copy of the order in the appeal and then file it in the lower court for necessary further action. If the opponent files an SLP, you will receive notice. At that point, you may engage a lawyer to contest your case. As a measure of extra caution, you may file a caveat in the SC.

File caveat in the supreme court if you feel other side will go for an appeal, this will enable you keep a check on their appeal you can file an E.P in the jurisdiction of the property. Apply for the both decree and the order.

You have to apply for passing a final decree in your case for appointment of advocate commissioner to divide the property by metes and bounds in the same court, which passed the preliminary decree. you have to file a caveat petition before the supreme court, before they prefer appeal in the supreme court
