Appeal pending in High court can I go with lower court order

29-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
An appeal is pending in Lawazima to delay my claim in Ranchi high court.I have got a letter from the SDO that you cannot do anything with your property because there is an appeal in The high court. He got a letter from the opposition lawyer mentioning the case no. The case status is showing "Next listing date 5/5/2016 purpose - Lawazima''. What to do?Is the appeal dismissed. Can i go with the judgement of the lower court which is in my favour??

Venerated Sir,
I would like to inform you that Lozima which means defects which was appeared on the face of aforesaid case has not been removed yet. If the concerning party will not remove the defects before Lozama on time then the case will be present before the concerning Hon'ble bench for orders. Again, the aggrieved party will not appear before the Hon'ble Bench then it will be dismissed for default... It does not mean that case has been dismissed. And need more information then feel free to call me....

You can go with the Lower Court order. Since there is no stay.. mere filing of appeal does not confer stay.... so insist for execution.
Also, you can appear in HC and expedite the matter by mentioning it.
