20-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Before 7 years we have constructed house in my land. One person has kept case on me saying land belongs to him.. actually I am having all documents related to land and property..and more importantly till now we are staying in same house..but in district court megistrate has declared that land and property was belongs to him..how it is possible.? Now I want to proceed my case in high court as soon as possible can any one please suggest me better solution for this problem..thanks and waiting for reply
You need to describe about the case and when the judgement got delivered by District Judge. It sounds good that you are staying in the property and you have all the papers of property with you. Unless the papers are seen no proper advice can be given but you have a right to appeal to the High Court.
Hi,
It would be better if the order copy is seen before coming to any conclusion as to why the judge has given the order. But Still you have to file appeal before appellant court. If there are merits on your case then it will be again in your favour. Call us through website for assistance
