Ancestral property sold by father, can i claim my share?

MY GRANDFATHER AGRICULTURE LAND HAVE BEEN SOLD BY MY FATHER WITHOUT HIS HEIRS(ME) IN YEAR 2014.WE CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS LAND SOLD TO MY UNCLE WITHOUT OUR CONCERN.PLEASE ADVICE ON WHAT CAN BE DONE NOW TO RECLAIM THE LAND........LOOKING FOREARD FOR YOUR EXPERT OPINION.

sir.the law of inheritance are different by religious like hindu muslim ctc y do no mention it.but the is no law or act applicable in india where grand son got the share of land of his grand father when his father alive .so in present law sorry to.say that u unable to advice to u.as because ur father is the.absulate owner and rayat have right to all kind of transfer of his lan.more over the said land sold to his.uncle who.also the sharer of the land so law of pre emtion does not applicable sorry

You can file a suit regarding this claiming your share in the ancestral property. And I will need the full details regard to the land and the deed via which it was sold. We need to get those papers before deciding the legal course of action.
