Ancestral property on someone else name how to restrore it

Religion: Hindu We have 4 bighas land (Pustaini) in a Pound (Talab) in Bihar in 4 sons of my grandfather. But the same is in the name of my near relative due to ceiling act .We are enjoying the property and the property tax paying by us.Now the relative in whose name property is booked has died.The same matter(Property) is not in the knowledge of the son of that relative (owner). How can we restore the same in our name and share it in four sons of my grand father ?

I have already to this query and ask for some facts. Whereas by this query again same facts have been narrated. It is better to sit in a meeting for just and proper opinion. Otherwise it is wastage of time.

The Benami transaction prohibition act prohibit you to claim over the said property. Hence you have no remedy left against said property. You are advised to use the said property until the real owner of the property disposed you by an order of the court of competent jurisdiction.
