22-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My brother has found a land our ancestors and he was making all paper works, When i went and ask for that he said he will give small portion of it not 50-50... but later i found that he made papers in his wife and kids as gift deeds and now refusing to talk about it.. Earlier to this he had given partition in the A karab land but now i see he has made papers as land and karab in his wife name... pls suggest what will i do and take it to legal way fight back... earlier my father name was the property and he made pouthy katha to his name and gift deed to his wife and kids... land is 1 acre 1 gunta.... 19 guntas is kabar..... in karab he gave 10gunta to me and 9 gunta he kept... but now the phani is updated to total 1.20 guntas ..
As you have stated it's ancestral property you have your exclusive share and right in the property and your brother cannot deny that in any manner. Please file partition suit before civil court immediately and get injunction on the property until the disposal of case. Your brother is bluffing you so be aware about your right
