Ancestral Land Issue@ Uttar Pradesh State-Religion Hindu
09-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather has ancestral land in Saharanpur district which he is trying to sell under the influence of my uncle. Now my father and me(grandson) are not allowing for the same. Without our information, 17 bigha has already been sold. Now I and my father want to divide the land into equal shares with following options:
1. 3 parts viz. grandfather and 1st son and 2nd son.
2. Ist son and 2nd son.
Total Land was 63 Bigha before selling of 17bigha.
on the above mentioned query firstly you inquired the revenue records Khatauni and Katas .. for the original title of the aforesaid land . the title means who is the first owner of this land. if this land belongs to your grandfather means if the title holder of this land is your grandfather so they have the right transferring this land aur some share of this land to any other . but if this land belongs to grandfather's grandfather aur father , so your grand father have not right for TRANSFERRING the said land without consent.
so please enquire the old revenue records from collector's record room.
