I bought 2 Flats and construction stopped soon after that in 2014, Supreme Count has setup Court Receiver and NBCC for construction, however that has happned 2 years back.
SC order and request says that No bank should file or run a DRT or Sec-138 cases against the Buyers and Buyers were cheated by Builder. I have defualted in the Loan payment and did not pay, becuase i was not sure who , am i paying to.
What are the Options to Eliminate the exisitng cases and can we file a Writ Petition in SC for the Cases ongoing on me by the Bank
