I bought 2 Flats and construction stopped soon after that in 2014, Supreme Count has setup Court Receiver and NBCC for construction, however that has happned 2 years back.
SC order and request says that No bank should file or run a DRT or Sec-138 cases against the Buyers and Buyers were cheated by Builder. I have defualted in the Loan payment and did not pay, becuase i was not sure who , am i paying to.
What are the Options to Eliminate the exisitng cases and can we file a Writ Petition in SC for the Cases ongoing on me by the Bank
hello client as you said yeah been facing issues due to the reason due to default in the payment the payment even after the Supreme Court of India order your cases has been forwarded 138 act Kaise has been file for harassment of the client at the bank as a customer in this matter liable for the writ petition on Supreme Court of India as well as I will also Thor tees punish the Bank authorities for the for non following the orders of Supreme Court of India and fault

You didn’t mention what type of case bank has filed on you ? Is the 138, order 37 or simple suit for recovery ? Did bank has just issued notice ? Or has bank already filed the case ? Plz clear the questions before giving any advice
