Agent is not giving money nor property and I want property back.

mom tried to sell 2 flrs after my dad's death.Propertyagent said when they find a buyer they will inform.after 1-2 years we had financialProblems then dealer advised that we should rent our property.my mom agreed because he had somehow took our propertypapers from mom by saying that he needs to xerox it but he didnt returned & we shifted to other house .dealer later said that he will buy both those flats in jst 35L my mom agreed .it had been more than 4yrs till now he had only given us only 8L till the 2nd year.now he sold both flats to other party in 70L.he is NOT GIVING MONEY nor property

first thing you need to do is file a FIR with your local police station and also the police station where the property is. also file a complaint with the women's cell and the National Commission for Women to pressurise the agent.
