Advice on parking wall removal issue

2013 mein top floor with parking builder se lia. 3 owners ne car park rakhi thi. Shift hue to pata chala k builder ne doosri gali mein ek corner ka portion alag diwar laga kar open space rakha hua hai. Thode din baad builder us walled space mein shutter lagane aaya hum charo owners ne uska virodh Kia wo chala gaya. Ab humne car park karne k liye wall me passage banaya gate laga lia. Builder ne police complaint kar di. papers me poore stilt space parking hai. Kya police hum pr action le sakti hai
