dear sir we have one shop still 25yr rent still.now shop owner leave shop pls help asap
In case the tenant has left the shop without paying the rent then you can file civil suit for the recovery of rent. But in that case you can recover the rent for the last three years for that you have to pay court fee. Make sure before filing the suit the tenant is in a position that if the suit is decreed you can recover the same. As there are certain properties which cannot be attached in execution of a decree. The process in the court is combersome money and time consuming and after spending the same if you are not in a position to recover the amount then what's the use of spending time and money
U can file petition before the court for the recovery of the amount of rent as per the agreement executed by you and the amount not paid by your tenant. You can also demand compensation if he leave without notice and any information to you
Dear you can file a case of recovery of rent in the court of rent controller of your area, if you have sufficient proofs of the tendency you will get all the pending rent. File a petition for recovery as per the rent control act of your state.
Well you can file civil.suit for recovery of rent but for that court fee is annexed with the case . For that old documents between you and tenant are required or if there is any other sort of undertaking by the tenant that can be used
