For adding your daughter as a joint owner to Your property, you may gift 50% share in the said property to your daughter by registered gift deed to be registered with concern sub- registrar of Assurances where the property is located.

This is my response to you:
1. Make a gift deed;
2. Give 50% rights to your daughter;
3. Also you can enter into a sale deed;
4. But the stamp duty will differ in both;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
