Abusive parents have captured my entire property and reg in their name

31-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, My maternal grandmother left a 2 houses in Kolkata. My mother has two sisters. One house along with 3 commercial properties is occupied by my parents while the second one is in possession of my eldest aunt. Both the aunts have not made further claims to the properties because of maintaining harmony. However they are now threatened. My parents are hell bent on possessing everything and passing it of as their own. Even a business started my me (being funded my grandmother who loved me) which turned out to be successful one, was taken away as it was registered in my mother's name. The registration was done in front of grandma based on the fact that they would take care of me. However when she passed away, everything changed. They overtook everything, left me penniless and started torturing me mentally. Even my friends and the other aunts are not allowed to enter the premises, failing which they face a volley of abuses and physical violence from my parents.

The property left behind your maternal grandmother was never yours as no documents were executed by your grandmother in your favour and naturaly after demise your mother became the undivided co sharer and owners in respect to the properties left behind her and legaly speaking you have no rights to claim any thing in the properties of your parents during their life time and they have every right to use, dispose and enjoy their properties according to their and accord and as per details in your question you no right to do anything in your parents property which they have received through inheritance or self acquisition

You have told us about the situation you are in, now precisely tell us what do you want? How your parents took over you successful business even if it was funded by your grandmother, what was it a proprietarship in which your mother was the owner of everything or any others, please give the details and as for your ancestral property your mom and other two aunt's will have equal share that's 1/3 of whatever you grandmother has left. You can go to your district court and file a petition for the same in which your two aunt's will be petitioner and your money will be defendant. JUSTICE CAN BE DELAYED BUT JUSTICE CANNOT BE DENIED
